Experimental noise pioneer Prurient and industrial institution Godflesh kicked off their North American tour last week. The trek spans three weeks in September and October and marks the first show outside of the East Coast and Europe for Prurient, and is the triumphant return of Godflesh stateside.
Prurient, headed by Dominic Fernow, also recently released a new double-album, "Frozen Niagara Falls", which clocks in at 90 minutes, and encompasses the breadth of Fernow's musical catalog, including signature noise components and ambient qualities.
